Our role in the delivery of Holland Park Gate was focused on translatin a vision
for luxury living into a refined and meticulously executed residential environment.
Situated on Kensington High Street opposite Holland Park, the development demanded
an exceptional level of craftsmanship, coordination, and attention to detail throughout
every stage of construction.
The scheme comprises over 70 private residences, each designed to combine spacious
contemporary living with premium finishes and long-term functionality.
Working across high-specification interiors and resident amenity spaces, including
the exclusive Health & Spa Club, the project required a seamless integration
of quality, precision, and programme delivery to meet the standards expected
of one of London’s most prestigious residential developments.
