Former Queens cinema site has been transformed
to provide 2,700 sq ft of ground floor retail space,
with 18,700 sq ft for 16 high-quality residential
apartments above in 2014.

The existing art-deco front facade has been retained.

The main facade has a central feature over
the entrance which is clad in white stone.
Along the top of the building it has a
zig-zag pattern and the name
'Queens' laid out in multi-coloured terrazzo.
